: We started at the beginning of 2015 and have continued to grow each and every day. What once started as a dream has now became our reality. The goal for improvement in our communities overall health and well being continues to be our top priority year around.
Our hope to help our community was made possible by Jeff Taylor a resident and now the chief manager of our company. We are a premiere 24hr gym that offers the latest in strength, cardio, and resistance training along with the newest line up in game changing equipment offered by Hoist.
